Xine (pronounced ‘Christine’) was born and raised in Marseilles, southern France, where she learned piano before taking up singing. Christine has spent a total of seven years at the Conservatoire de Marseilles studying both classical singing and drama. Xine uses an extraordinary 3 octaves vocal range and encompasses a wide variety of styles, from effortless operatic arias to soulful cabaret and jazz.

Xine’s great sense of creativity led her to be parts of artists’ installation, singing in unusual places, either for experimental music, Jazz, cabaret or pure Classical music.
